SALE OF SERVICE

Marcos Rezende provides a UX Mentorship service designed to offer personalized guidance and support in the field of User Experience Design. The service includes, but is not limited to, one-on-one sessions, portfolio reviews, and career advice. The details of the service, including duration, content, and deliverables, will be clearly outlined at the time of booking. Payment is required in full upon booking, and prices and service descriptions are subject to change to reflect market conditions and service improvements.Mentorship sessions are provided exclusively through scheduled meetings. Any follow-up questions or inquiries outside of scheduled sessions will be addressed at Marcos’s discretion and availability, and such responses do not constitute part of the paid service. By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge that Marcos is not obligated to provide continuous support through email, social media, or other informal channels.

PAYMENTS

Payments for the UX Mentorship service can be made using Credit Card or PayPal. Transactions are processed through a secure online payment gateway, utilizing encryption technology to protect your payment information. By submitting your payment information, you authorize Marcos Rezende to charge the agreed amount to your chosen payment method. Payments are handled via the 'Topmate' platform, ensuring compliance with international data security standards.

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

Clients may cancel their bookings up to two days before the scheduled mentorship session for a full refund. Cancellations made less than two days before the session may be subject to a cancellation fee or may not be eligible for a refund. Exceptions to this policy will be considered on a case-by-case basis for extenuating circumstances.

RESTRICTIONS AND CONFLICT OF INTEREST

To maintain the integrity of the mentorship program, services are not offered to individuals employed by or seeking employment at the same organization where Marcos Rezende is currently employed. By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are not engaged with or applying to work for Marcos's current employer.Marcos reserves the right to deny or cancel mentorship sessions if a conflict of interest is identified or if the mentee’s intentions contradict this clause. Fees paid in advance will be refunded in accordance with the cancellation policy. These measures ensure the mentorship service remains unbiased and avoids ethical concerns.

LIMITATION OF SUPPORT

All interactions and mentorship guidance are provided exclusively during scheduled sessions. Any follow-up questions or requests outside these sessions, whether through email, social media, or other informal channels, are not included as part of the paid service. Responses to such inquiries, if provided, are offered as a courtesy and are subject to Marcos Rezende’s discretion and availability. There is no guarantee of response time for these communications.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION

Under no circumstances shall Marcos Rezende be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or the Services. This limitation applies to all claims, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or other legal theory, and whether or not Marcos has been advised of the possibility of such damages.By agreeing to these Terms, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Marcos Rezende, his affiliates, and their representatives from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses, including legal fees, arising out of your use of the Site or Services.
